My name is Angel, and I’m the founder of AHealthyyou.net. In 2020, after the heartbreaking loss of a loved one to cancer and sepsis, my passion for health and wellness turned into a mission. I dove deep into understanding how we can support our bodies at the cellular level to prevent disease and improve overall well-being.

But my personal health journey began long before that. For years, I struggled with prescription drugs, weed, and alcohol—a battle that took a tremendous toll on my body. It wasn’t until I made the decision to walk away from that lifestyle (which is a story for another day) that I truly understood the body’s incredible ability to heal when given the right support.
